Fresh and frozen meat products are marketed in brokerage on a distribution network, essentially European, with customers type Wholesalers and Catering industry, having a retail activity. Some complex contracts, like the supply of fresh beef carcasses to the minced meat industry - with extremely specialized specifications – are operated in brokerage; which directly links the slaughter supplier to the manufacturing industrial customer.
